teaching the game of pickleball applying her background from volleyball, squash and 25 years in the fitness industry. Students will learn to improve movement/balance; how to eliminate chaos and anxiety and replace with confidence and calm;
how and when to apply pressure to opponent; how to adjust to various styles of opponent’s play and much more!
